UK Delivery Times:
You will be presented with delivery options at checkout. Most products have the option of a Standard service or an Express service. The estimated delivery times for these services are also displayed at checkout..

UK Delivery Prices:
All UK orders of £150 and above are delivered with a free Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' day delivery. You can upgrade your delivery to a DPD Next-Day service for £5.95. Items below £150 are priced at £3.95 for Royal Mail 'Tracked 48 and £5.95 for DPD Next-Day service.

UK Tracking:
You will receive a text message on the day of your delivery advising you of your allotted delivery timeframe. This is a 1 hour window for DPD Next-Day deliveries and a 4 hour window for Royal Mail Deliveries. You can track your parcel by clicking the link in the text message. You will also receive this information by email. You can also track your package at any time via your LocoSkates order confirmation email (please note that it will not be possible to track the package if we have not dispatched it yet)

Changing your delivery:
You can click through on the link in the text message / email from the delivering company to see options for delivering your parcel on another day, diverting it to a pickup point or leaving it with a neighbour.

International Delivery Times and Prices:
You will see the price of the delivery to your country once you are signed into your account at the checkout stage.

International Tracking:
You will be emailed with tracking info once your parcel has been dispatched.

Taxes and Import Duty:
Some countries outside of the EU will charge a tax and/or duty fee on the import of goods. Unlike many international shops, our checkout will show you what taxes & duties you will be due to pay and give you the option to pre-pay them on our website. This speeds up the delivery process and often results in a lower overall fee than if you are charged later (at the point of import). If no taxes & duties are displayed at our checkout then you will not be due to pay any.
