Returns period:

We always offer 365 day returns, regardless of the time of year.





Xmas Delivery, UK orders:

For delivery in time for Xmas day you can place your order up until:

 - 3pm on Tuesday 23rd December for 'Next-day delivery' parcels (make sure you choose 'Next business-day Day delivery' at checkout).
and
 
- 3pm on Friday 19th December for 'Standard delivery' parcels


**Please remember** There is always a small chance deliveries can be delayed due to issues outside of our control. Always order as early as possible.



 


Xmas Delivery, International Orders (not United Kingdom):
The estimated delivery time for your destination country is displayed on the product page (for Express delivery) and also when you reach the checkout stage of our website (this shows all delivery options). Please use your best judgement when ordering for Xmas delivery, accounting for the fact that international deliveries are more likely to experience delays.
 



Order in good time!:
We recommend that you always order as early as possible. We go out of our way to make sure all orders reach customers in time for Xmas, but as with all delivery companies, delays out of our control can sometimes occur.
