Exchanges & Returns in the UK




To return an item follow the checklist below then hit the red button at the bottom!

Please Note:
  • You have 365 days to make a return from the date of purchase.
  • To exchange an item, return it for a refund and simply re-order the new item.
  • If your item is faulty, contact us first. Some problems can be solved remotely.

     



    1. Check your item

    Check your item is unused with undamaged packaging. Include all tools/manuals/stickers/bags that arrived as part of your original order.




    2. Wrap your item

    Items must be well packaged. Please do not attach packaging tape or returns labels directly to the box. Tip: Re-use the packaging that we sent the parcel in if its still in tact. Bin liners also work well! 





    3. Book Your Parcel

    Click the button at the bottom of this page to book a Royal Mail return. You will get an email with a return label and QR code. Returns cost £2.99 per consignment, we'll deduct this from your final refund.  (Max consignment size 46x46x61cm).





    4. Send Your Parcel

    Drop your parcel at a Post Office. Bring the QR code for them to scan (or print the label and attach it to the parcel if preferred).  Please allow us 5 working days to process refunds.
