Locoskates is not liable for damages or personal injury which may occur from the use of, or the inability to use, or the improper use of any product on the site. Products sold by Locoskates are extreme by nature and therefore it is a personal choice to seek the risks involved in their use. Locoskates Ltd recommends the use of proper protective equipment at all times when using inline skates, Rollerskates, Scooters, Skateboards or any other sport relating to the products we sell. This should include (but not limited to) Wrist guards, Knee Pads, Elbow pads and a helmet. Along with the manufacturers of the products we sell we always recommend users check and tighten their bolts before each time they use the product in question.

All content that is included in this site is copyrighted by Locoskates or licensed to Locoskates. This includes (but not limited to) product descriptions, graphics, code, and photography. Permission is granted to print or electronically copy order summaries for the sole purpose of placing an order or for personal records for an order that has been placed with Locoskates. Permission to use, distribute, or reproduce any content from Locoskates for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless authorised by Locoskates.

In the event that Locoskates has incorrectly displayed a product price, Locoskates reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the incorrect price. As good business practice, Locoskates does attempt to contact any customer where such error has occurred. Locoskates reserves the right to offer solutions on a case by case basis. Due to electronic theft, Locoskates reserves the right to cancel any order which appears to be fraudulent. Locoskates reserves the right to decide what is characterized by "fraudulent" and will not disclose every reason if requested.
