Refund policy
Please follow the links below for instructions on making a return:
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
- Items must be returned within 365 day of receipt
- If your return meets all our conditions then your refund will be processed within 5 days of it arriving with us, please be aware that your bank may take 3-5 days to show the refund on your statement.
UK Returns:
- You can use our returns portal (see links above) to book a parcel back to us. This costs £2.99 per consignment, deducted this from your final refund. (or you are welcome to arrange a return at your own cost instead)
- You can drop it off at one of thousands of Royal Mail drop off points or even arrange to have it picked up for just 60p through the returns portal.
