We deliver to 192 countries! Your delivery options and the delivery price for your order will be shown at checkout.
Our website detects your local currency and displays prices in that currency. You can change the currency in the red bar at the top of the website.
Delivery times shown at checkout are approximate. Please be aware if you order after 2pm GMT your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times are displayed at checkout are shown in 'business days'. (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not business days).
An email with tracking information on it will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Import Taxes and Duties
Unlike many international shops, our website prices include all relevant Import Taxes and Duties. This speeds up the delivery process and often results in a lower overall fee than if you are charged later (at the point of import).

Payment Info
- All major credit cards accepted including MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA, VISA ELECTRON, SOLO, SWITCH, JCB.
- We now offer a multitude of different local payment options, from Klarna in Germany to WeChat in China. If a payment method is popular in your country it's likely that we will support this at checkout.
- Applepay, Googlepay and PayPal accepted.
- We do not accept cheques
- If you need to raise a lost parcel investigation you are required to notify Loco Skates via phone or email within 10 days of receiving your parcel delivery confirmation (this is the information confirming the parcel has been delivered, not the confirmation that the parcel has been dispatched). After 10 days has passed, Loco Skates cannot assist with lost parcel investigations and will not be liable to offer a refund to you.
