The Revolver grind-wheels are made from polyurethane using a pouring process (instead of the usual injection moulding). They are baked and then reaction-bonded to create the hardest, slipperiest possible urethane compound. The wheels are trimmed very precisely to size on a lathe, hence the extremely specific diameter!
