If you buy the wrong size skate just send the skates back to us boxed and unused and we will send you out an alternative size WITHOUT charging you for re-delivery! Please arrange this with us by phone or e-mail before sending the item back. This offer only applies to our customers in the UK.

Free UK Delivery Above £75
All orders over 75 quid will be sent with no delivery charge. Orders under £75 will incur a small charge in line with Royal Mail charges. This allows us to sell those items at the cheapest price possible!

Free Gift With All Skates
All our skates come with a free gift option. Just choose which free gift you would like from the drop-down option box before you ‘add to cart’. The choice of free gifts will vary across time but generally includes items like T-shirts, bearings and DVD’s.

Fast Delivery
We won’t sit on your order for days before dealing with it like many shops! As soon as we receive your order through we will deal with it. If the item is in stock it will be sent straight away (courier deliveries after 3pm will be sent the next working-day) or if the item is not in stock it will be ordered immediately so we can get it to you as quickly as possible.

Don’t you just hate it when you get all the way home from the drive through and they forgot to put in your fries?! …or you order a T-shirt off the net and they send the wrong size?! People are always getting it wrong…skate shops included! Here at Loco Skates we are so confident that we have a better product knowledge than anyone else that if we send you the wrong size, colour, style or even the wrong item then not only will we fix the mistake as quickly as possible but we will give you a 20% refund on your order.

Here at LocoSkates we pride ourselves on the personal service that you’d expect from an independent retailer but offer the choice and reliability of a larger outfit. We wont leave you hanging for a week and then tell you your order isn’t available!
