The original small plastic skateboard from 1983, the Penny skateboard is back for the modern day. The Penny has suddenly gained popularity because it's so portable, lightweight and tiny at the same time as fast and responsive. Perfect for commuting, shredding the seafront or hill-bombing. We've all been shredding the car park at lunch at Loco HQ in Eastbourne and speeding along the seafront in Brighton after work, super-fun! Available in a variety of colours (Red, Green, Blue, White, Pink, Orange, Black, Yellow, Purple) to suit anyone's taste. The original Penny board comes with super wide polyurethane wheels (59mm/78a) for grip and ABEC 7 bearings for speed. The big soft wheels are great for cruising because they absorb so much shock and are less likely to get stuck in cracks. Once you've arrived at your destination just throw the Penny in your backpack or hook it to your shoulder strap and you'll barely know it's there. For those who are trying to save their pennies (no pun intended) we also sell the D-street skateboards which have a similar set-up but lower grade components at a lower/cheaper price.
